Dhanda AI is owned and operated by Samrat Nandi. We stand by our quality but operate under a strict refund policy due to the nature of our digital services.

1. General Refund Condition

We do not provide any refunds once the development process for your website or application has started. Our AI models and design resources are allocated immediately upon payment confirmation.

2. Cancellations Before Process Start

If you wish to cancel an order and the development process has not yet been initiated (within 2 hours of payment), you may be eligible for a 50% refund, with the remaining 50% covering administrative and AI resource allocation fees.

3. Project Completion

Once the project files are delivered or the URL is live, no refund requests will be entertained. We offer free minor revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the final output.
